Laure Lucier, graduate of the University of Yoga in Brittany. After practicing for 5 years in Germany, I now live in Lozère (48190).

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked in local government. My training, personal and professional experiences (judo, balance workshop, BEESAPT) have allowed me to practice different techniques in order to design sessions accessible to all, focusing mainly on breathing to bring concentration, stability to the body and mind.

A native of the region, with his family having lived here for four generations, Laurent (Diet) is passionate about his homeland and loves to share it. He has known and explored Mont Lozère since he learned to walk, ski, and cycle. He will take you on little detours and introduce you to local people along the paths of his homeland, following the threads of his family history.

Anabelle, our logistics manager , is also Laurent's wife, with whom she manages the Chemins Francis organization. Every morning, she oversees the preparation and distribution of the picnics with good humor and precision, and without getting confused despite the general excitement at the start of the walks.
