    On your arrival day, we welcome you from 3 pm for check-in. Take some time to settle in, explore the house, and gently begin to unwind. At 5 pm , we'll all meet for a short introductory meeting , complete with a welcome drink . This is a chance to get to know each other, ask any questions, and kick off this wonderful week of adventure and relaxation together. At 5 pm , we'll also collect your phones, tablets, or laptops , which we'll keep safe and secure for the duration of your stay.

There is no direct train line to Peniche . The nearest station is Dagorda-Peniche , but it is about a 20-minute drive from the surf house, in the village of Ferrel .

The train can be a convenient option if you are already coming from cities like Porto, Coimbra or Lisbon , but this requires:

  1. 1 to 2 connections , depending on your starting point.
  2. Then, a taxi or a local bus to get to Ferrel from the train station.

In summary, the train is possible, but not the most direct solution unless you are already in transit in Portugal.

The nearest airport is Lisbon Airport (LIS) , located approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by road from Peniche.

From the airport, you have several options:

  1. FlixBus direct shuttle : a convenient service departing directly from Lisbon airport to Peniche bus station, without transfers.
  2. Private transfer : we can arrange a transfer from the airport (extra charge, on request).

Peniche is easily accessible by car via the A8 motorway (exit IP6 ). From Lisbon, the journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes .

You can easily park near the surf house. This is a good option if you want to explore the coast or visit other villages during your stay. A group will be formed a few weeks before your arrival, and you can coordinate with others to rent a car together.
