Each day alternates between gentle and dynamic yoga practice , surf lessons with certified instructors , and free time to relax or explore .
You'll start your days with an outdoor Hatha Flow yoga session to awaken your body, then head out to explore the waves with 5 surf lessons and 6 days of board rental included. At the end of the day, Yin Yoga sessions allow for deep stretching and tension release. All this is complemented by healthy and hearty breakfasts , and the opportunity to participate in friendly group dinners .
