Treat yourself to a rejuvenating and active break amidst the volcanic landscapes of Cantal , specially designed to gently support your pregnancy. For five days, this retreat invites you to discover prenatal yoga through adapted sessions that promote mobility , relieve tension , and teach breathing techniques useful for childbirth.
In a small group, you'll progress in a supportive and calming atmosphere, conducive to letting go while maintaining gentle physical activity. The program alternates between mobility exercises , workshops on conscious breathing , and opportunities for expectant mothers to share experiences.
This experience is also an opportunity to share , connect, and fully experience this unique stage in a pristine natural setting. An optional outdoor photo shoot allows you to capture these precious moments.

The expert's opinion
This retreat is open to pregnant women. The practices will be adapted to your fitness level and stage of pregnancy. Your instructor, trained in prenatal yoga, can support you at every stage of your pregnancy, unless contraindicated by your healthcare professional.

You arrive between 4pm and 5:30pm and settle in at your accommodation. During this time, you can enjoy a free activity to begin immersing yourself in the environment, such as a gentle walk or exploring the site at your own pace.
At 5:30 pm, you will share a welcome drink with the group. This is an opportunity to get to know each other and attend the sports briefing, during which the program for the stay will be presented to you in detail.
At 6pm, you will participate in a gentle prenatal yoga session, focused on breathing and pelvic mobility, ideal for releasing travel-related tensions.
The day ends at 7pm with a friendly meal, conducive to conversation and a first immersion in the atmosphere of the stay.

The day begins at 8:30 am with breakfast, a calm moment to take the time to start the day gently.
At 9:30 a.m., you will participate in a prenatal yoga session focused on relieving pregnancy-related tension, particularly in the back, pelvis, and breathing.
The late morning, from 11am onwards, is left free time for you to rest or enjoy the surroundings as you wish, before meeting again at 12:30pm for lunch.
The afternoon continues at 3 p.m. with a sharing circle for expectant mothers, a time to exchange experiences and feelings.
At 5pm, you will take part in a sound relaxation session accompanied by visualization, promoting deep relaxation.
The day ends at 7pm with dinner, in an atmosphere conducive to conversation.

The day starts at 8:30 am with breakfast, a time to wake you up gently.
At 9:30 a.m., you will meet the group for a prenatal yoga session dedicated to mobility and relaxation, in order to loosen the body and release tension.
From 11am, you will have free time to rest or take a walk at your own pace. You will then meet again at 12:30pm for lunch.
The afternoon begins at 3pm with a creative workshop, a quiet moment to express oneself and refocus.
At 5pm, you will participate in a breathing workshop geared towards preparing for childbirth, with concrete exercises to reproduce.
The day ends at 7pm with dinner, in a relaxed atmosphere.
Day 3 -

The day begins at 8:30 am with breakfast, to allow time to settle into a calm rhythm.
At 9:30 am, you will participate in a prenatal yoga session focused on preparing for childbirth, with movements and breathing techniques adapted to this stage.
At 11am, you experience a collective ritual to honor pregnancy and celebrate motherhood, a shared moment rich in emotions and connection.
You will meet at 12:30 for lunch, followed by some free time.
At 3pm, you have the option to have an individual maternity photo session in nature (optional), to keep a memory of this period.
The day continues at 5pm with a time for deep relaxation and recovery, conducive to complete relaxation of the body.
At 7pm, the meal brings this day to a close.
Day 4 -
Integration, Closure & Projection

The morning begins at 8:30 am with brunch, a final convivial moment to enjoy the group in a relaxed atmosphere.
At 9am, you participate in a prenatal integration yoga session, followed by a closing circle to anchor the benefits of the stay and reflect on the feelings.
At 10am, a closing session allows you to review the stay, receive advice to continue practicing and share your experiences one last time with the group.
The stay ends at 11am with departure.
