    The meeting point is at 9 a.m. in Montroc – Le Planet to meet the guide and attend the pre-departure briefing. The day begins with an initial outing around the inn, ideal for warming up, getting your bearings, and appreciating the surrounding alpine landscapes.


    In the afternoon, Violette offers a series of practical workshops: how to use the poles, ascent and descent techniques, and tips for adopting an appropriate pace. The day concludes with a return to the refuge.
