    Welcome at 12pm at Alérions (Talloires-Montmin). Presentation of the course, briefing and preparation of equipment.

    Trail run from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM: loop to Pointe de Talamarche via Roc Lancrenaz, 25 km and 1,800 m elevation gain. A challenging and technical course with panoramic views of Lake Annecy. A Skyrunning option is available for experienced participants, with a return by headlamp.

    End of day: video analysis workshop and technical exchange about trail running downhill (gestures, relaxation, foot placement).
