Clémentine - Accompagnatrice en Montagne
Clémentine - Accompagnatrice en Montagne

A mountain guide and sports instructor (professional card 2025), Clémentine guides trail runners with an approach that is demanding, safe , and above all, friendly , based on sharing and listening to one's body . Based in La Grave, in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes, she is very familiar with alpine terrain and the specific challenges of exertion in the mountains .

Her expertise goes beyond traditional coaching. Following a serious mountain accident in 2024, Clémentine had to relearn how to walk, then how to train, starting from scratch. Surrounded for two years by doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, sports coaches, and yoga instructors, she gained a deep understanding of the body in motion, injury prevention , and strategies for sustainable progress.

Its goal: to help you progress in trail running while respecting your abilities, gain confidence on technical terrain and leave with concrete tools to continue training without getting injured.

With Clémentine, this stay is much more than a trail running course: it is an experience guided by a professional who knows what it means to rebuild, progress and perform, putting sharing first.

Flore - Prof de yoga fonctionnel
Flore - Prof de yoga fonctionnel

A qualified yoga teacher, Flore specializes in functional yoga, a modern and accessible approach designed to support the body in daily movement and effort, and more specifically in sports practice.

His teaching is based on four essential pillars: strength, flexibility, mobility, and recovery . These fundamentals are indispensable for preventing injuries, improving the efficiency of athletic movements, and allowing the body to last over time without pain or overexertion.

During this trail running retreat, Flore offers sessions specifically designed for trail runners: preparing the body before exertion, targeted mobility and strengthening exercises, active recovery after runs, breathing techniques, and tension release. Each activity is adapted to the level and needs of the participants, with particular attention paid to the muscle groups used in trail running.

The goal is not performance at all costs, but a strong, mobile and available body, to continue practicing trail running for a long time, with pleasure and serenity.

It's hard to sum up this trip in a few words, but it truly was a wonderful experience. Flore's approach to yoga is fantastic—non-judgmental, always attentive and adaptable, with great gentleness and joy. As someone who wasn't used to practicing, it really inspired me to continue. Clémentine's trail running coach is a superb instructor; she's constantly adapting and doesn't take herself too seriously. We exercise, we learn, without even realizing it because it's so enjoyable. The welcome at Le Cerf de la Lune is extraordinary—I didn't expect to be so well received. You drop your bags and immediately feel at home. Special mention goes to the meals, which were all absolutely delicious. It was my first time signing up for this kind of trip, and it was a really great idea. Don't hesitate to experience it! For me, it's unforgettable. Finally, a word about Cajou, the cutest dog in the whole place!

An excellent stay at Flore's guesthouse. We were welcomed with the utmost kindness and wanted for nothing! The schedule was perfectly managed, alternating between yoga, trail running, and quiet time. Clémentine, in charge of the trail running, was incredibly kind and offered us a program adapted to the group's level. Everyone could manage their training as they wished, with options and adaptations possible on the course. The scenery was magnificent, and the routes prepared by Clémentine were perfect! At the guesthouse, Flore welcomed us to a beautiful spot with a mountain view for every meal (which was beautifully cooked, with vegetarian options!). The yoga classes are held in a stunning setting, with an approach perfectly suited to trail running and, more generally, to everyday life. I return from this stay completely delighted and enriched by this new experience, which I wholeheartedly recommend!

An absolutely magical long weekend! Between the trail runs led by a dedicated, motivating, and passionate guide, and the yoga sessions perfectly adapted to running with an instructor who took exceptional care of us from beginning to end, everything came together for a truly timeless escape. Special mention also goes to the meals: absolutely incredible dishes, healthy, generous, and prepared with great care and love… a real treat after the exertion! An exceptional atmosphere, wonderful encounters, top-notch organization, and a perfect balance between pushing our limits and well-being. We leave with our heads full of memories… and above all, only one desire: to return as soon as possible!

A fantastic weekend in a supportive environment, surrounded by sports, nature, and good food. There were so many great exchanges between the different participants. The three and a half days were far too short. It was intensive, with two yoga classes and trail running training sessions during the day. A full week would have been ideal, given how valuable the exchange of best practices, uphill and downhill training, and nutrition were.
