    The day begins with a loop called "Tour of Tignes and Pointe du Lavachet" . You'll cover approximately 15 km with 900 meters of elevation gain. This outing is an excellent warm-up that includes a gait analysis as well as a technical analysis of your downhill running to improve your skills.


    Advanced level (21 km — 1400 m elevation gain):

    The day begins with the "Tour of Tignes via Pointe du Lavachet and Aiguille Percée" route. You'll cover 21 km with 1400 meters of elevation gain , reaching a summit over 2600 meters .
