Meet at Pont d'Espagne, an iconic site in the Pyrenees National Park, renowned for its waterfalls, streams, and stunning high-mountain scenery. The group gradually ascends to the mountain chalet, nestled at approximately 1,700 meters, between pastures and peaks. After settling in and lunch, Florian lays the groundwork for the course: equipment checks, safety procedures, managing exertion at altitude, and terrain reading. In the afternoon, a first outing allows for gentle acclimatization on forest trails and to the first viewpoints facing the Vignemale. Return to the chalet for stretching, dinner, and a convivial evening.
