A yoga teacher (hatha, vinyasa, yin, and nidra) in Lyon, she leads several retreats a year, including this one every August for the past seven years. She will be delighted to welcome you as if you were at home and pamper you for a truly relaxing weekend!

    We look forward to welcoming you to the cottage whenever you wish on Friday afternoon, from 4pm (or in the evening for those arriving after their work week).


    Relaxing by the pool for the first arrivals, then once the whole group is together, we will move on to the first yoga practice of the stay: a gentle hatha to start off right!


    A casual dinner party on the terrace to get to know each other over a glass of Clairette de Die. This first evening is all about relaxation! (hint: the following days will be too...)

It's in Aouste-sur-Sye, in the heart of the Drôme region, that you'll settle into a beautiful, typical house of the area, combining charm and comfort. Its immense garden and incredible swimming pool overlook the Drôme Valley. The cottage is reserved exclusively for our group, perfect for yoga by the pool!


Comfortable beds and cozy bathrooms – everything has been thoughtfully designed. The house's common areas also include a lovely living room and a terrace shaded by trees, perfect for enjoying the last summer evenings under the pergola.
