Your week is structured around 5 half-days of surf lessons and one rest day in the middle of the week.
Example of a typical day:
Wake up and enjoy a peaceful breakfast at the Surf House. Around 10 am, get ready and head out to surf with your instructor. On the beach, he'll explain the day's conditions and the spot: where the peak is located, how to identify the currents, the best way to position yourself and catch waves... During the lesson, the instructor will advise you on techniques to perfect: paddling, duck diving to get through the whitewater, your position on the board for optimal surfing, etc.
Your instructor will, as needed, review safety procedures and give you advice on how to avoid accidents in the water, thus guaranteeing you great surfing sessions.
Your stay includes 5 half-day surf lessons of 2.5 hours each.
Afternoon: Free time
In the afternoon, if you wish, surfboards and wetsuits are available for rent at the Surf House. This will give you the opportunity to put all the morning's advice into practice, allowing you to progress throughout the week and become more independent. You can also choose not to surf and instead relax on the beach or in the garden, book a yoga class, or explore the surrounding area on foot. This time is also ideal for chatting with other participants about their morning experiences and sharing moments together at the Surf House.

Your stay includes 5 half-days of lessons led by state-certified instructors, passionate and with many years of experience , as well as a rest day in the middle to recover.
Each morning, you head to the beach for your surf lesson. Your instructor explains the day's conditions: location of the peak, current identification, ideal areas for catching waves.
Your instructor will adapt the session to the group's level :
- Beginners : discovering the basics, reading the ocean, positioning on the board, mastering paddling, passing under the whitewater and first sensations of gliding in complete safety.
- Intermediate level : refining technique, positioning in the lineup, gaining speed, wave selection, and practicing basic maneuvers (bottom turn, cornering). Personalized coaching will help you become more independent and fluid in your sessions.
You progress under the watchful eye of your instructor, who always places safety at the heart of teaching to promote a smooth progression.
In the afternoon, you are free: rent a board and wetsuit to continue surfing, relax on the beach, book a yoga session or explore the surrounding area.
This program alternates between learning, free practice and relaxation, to offer you a complete, stimulating and unforgettable surfing experience .

🏠 Villa - Days 1 to 7
The Surf House is ideally located in the heart of Baleal, Peniche, in a complex of houses called "Village Soleil". Just a short walk from Baleal beach and its many surf spots, it offers quick and easy access to the ocean.
Modern and comfortable, the house spans three levels and features six carefully furnished bedrooms designed for your comfort. Inside, you'll find a large open-plan living area, two fully equipped communal kitchens, and a spacious, sunny garden with a relaxation area. This garden is perfect for unwinding, having a barbecue, sunbathing, or even practicing yoga outdoors.
The quiet and peaceful neighborhood remains in the immediate vicinity of several beach bars and restaurants, ideal for enjoying local life without going far.
The Surf House also offers free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi for added convenience. You'll be close to all amenities: shops, supermarkets, bakeries, surf shops, bars, and restaurants, making your stay much easier.
