    Levels

    Beginner
For those wishing to discover triathlon. You swim occasionally (with a good grasp of the breaststroke), run short distances (around 5 km), and cycle at a leisurely pace without focusing on performance (around 30 km). The courses are flat and easy to ride, and the swim takes place in a pool or a very calm area. You are capable of moderate physical activity for 2 to 3 hours a day, with a focus on learning.
    Intermediate
For those who already train regularly and wish to improve within a more structured framework. You are capable of running 7 to 12 km per session, swimming 1 to 1.5 km (freestyle), and cycling approximately 50 to 70 km with moderate elevation gain (up to 500 m). Cycling routes may include some longer climbs and fast descents. You are in good physical condition and can sustain 3 to 4 hours of activity per day at moderate intensity, including initial pace-specific intervals.
    Confirmed
For those who train with greater intensity and have already mastered the technical fundamentals of triathlon. You are able to run 9–15 km per session, swim 1.5–2 km in varied conditions, and cycle 70–90 km with significant elevation gain (around 1,000 m). Cycling sessions include prolonged climbs and technical descents. You are capable of sustaining 3–4 hours of daily effort, handling more intense sessions and effectively managing your endurance.
    Advanced
For those who train very regularly and have solid experience in all three disciplines. You are capable of running 10 to 20 km per session, swimming between 2.5 and 3.5 km (sometimes in the open sea or challenging conditions), and cycling 90 to 120 km with significant elevation gain (up to 1,500 m). The routes feature mountain passes, long climbs, and require multi-session endurance. You are in excellent physical condition and can sustain 5.5 to 7 hours of exertion per day, while remaining self-sufficient during the activity.
    Expert
For those seeking a highly demanding, advanced training camp. You maintain a high weekly training volume (15–25 hours) and are capable of stringing together long sessions. You can run over 20 km per workout, swim more than 5 km in open water requiring advanced navigation skills, and cycle 120–160 km with significant elevation gain (2,000 m or more). The routes are mountainous, technical, and intense. You are capable of sustaining 7 to 9 hours of daily exertion, demonstrating extreme endurance and effective nutrition management.

Supervisor

The internship is supervised by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in sports, health, and support. Present throughout the stay, the supervisors work in a coordinated manner to provide a structured, safe, and supportive environment conducive to progress.

The approach is based on a balance between athletic demands, individual attention, and a supportive environment. Sessions are designed to adapt to different levels and objectives, while support outside of training (recovery, nutrition, injury prevention) allows participants to experience the program with complete peace of mind. This small group setting ensures individual attention for each participant and helps create a positive group dynamic, fostering performance, enjoyment, and team cohesion.

Management

Security

The safety of participants is a top priority throughout the stay. All activities are supervised by an experienced team, present at every session and attentive to adapting the content according to skill levels, fatigue, and external conditions. Group sizes are intentionally limited to ensure continuous supervision and individualized attention.

Each participant must have valid personal liability insurance . It is strongly recommended to have supplementary insurance specifically for sports activities , covering endurance sports. Proof of insurance may be requested before the start of the trip.

Participants remain responsible for their sports equipment , its condition and use, as well as their physical well-being throughout the camp. To ensure appropriate support and effective care in the event of an incident or fall, a health questionnaire must be completed prior to the camp . This information will allow the staff to adapt the sessions and intervene appropriately if necessary.

Note

The training program is closely linked to weather conditions to ensure both participant safety and the quality of the sessions. Content, schedules, and formats may be adjusted daily depending on the weather, particularly for road cycling and running sessions. In case of adverse conditions (strong winds, heavy rain, excessive heat), some sessions may be brought forward, rescheduled, shortened, or replaced with suitable alternatives: technical work, strength training, mobility exercises, yoga, or indoor workshops. Routes are chosen and approved in advance, then adjusted as needed to ensure safe group practice.
