    Arrival at the accommodation is between 2 pm and 6 pm for settling into rooms and a first look around. At 6 pm , a welcome meeting provides an opportunity to get to know the group, the coaches, and the week's program. The day concludes with a friendly dinner at 7:30 pm , a chance to ask initial questions and ease into the atmosphere of the retreat.

This program is indicative and varies, adapting to the group, the weather, and the group's desires and whims. From impromptu dance parties and space exploration to wave-riding competitions, afternoon tea breaks at the pastry shop, and movie nights, you also make the program your own. This camp has one main sport: in this case, triathlon. Additional options are available to take advantage of the diverse terrain during free time: cross-country skiing, road cycling, gravel biking, swimming, stretching—anything is possible!
