Improve your swimming in an exceptional setting in the heart of the South of France. This training camp is for beginner, intermediate, or advanced swimmers who want to take their skills to the next level with expert guidance and optimal conditions for performance and recovery.

You will benefit from small group coaching (1 coach for 4 swimmers) to ensure precise and individualized attention. The program includes 5 technical sessions in a heated 25m pool, supplemented by 2 specific physical preparation sessions focused on strengthening and injury prevention, with exercises that can be done independently , and two yoga sessions adapted for swimming.

Two complete video analyses , one out of the water and one underwater, allow for in-depth technical correction and concrete areas for improvement.

    You are welcomed at 5 pm at La Maison du Castellet for a friendly get-together to meet the group and the team. You will be given your workshop t-shirts and hats, and your skill level will be assessed so that the support can be tailored to your needs from the very first sessions.

    At 6pm, you return to your room and take the time to settle in before getting down to business.

    The first swimming session begins at 6:30 pm in the heated 25m pool. This initial session is dedicated to video recording , a key tool for analyzing your technique and identifying areas for improvement.

    The day ends with dinner at 8pm, an opportunity to share your first impressions and to fully launch this training course focused on progression.
