    From 1 p.m. , welcome to the estate with coffee and check-in to your rooms. At 2:30 p.m. , the first 50km/800m+ bike ride to familiarize yourself with the terrain and test the Lapierre bikes (models available in various sizes). Return to the estate around 5 p.m. , followed by a mechanics workshop and some relaxation time at the spa. At 6:30 p.m. , meet Natacha , founder of the Reines brand, for a presentation of her world. The day concludes with a convivial dinner at 8 p.m.

From Marseille : Take a train to Toulouse (approximately 4 hours), then a TER regional train to Gaillac (approximately 1 hour). From Gaillac, a taxi or rental car will take you to Castelnau-de-Montmiral.

From Lyon : Take a train to Toulouse (approximately 5 hours), then a TER regional train to Gaillac. From there, a taxi or rental car is necessary to reach your destination.
