Laetitia

Laetitia has been a dancer and dance teacher since 2004. She enriches her physical practice by training in other somatic practices such as yoga and Feldenkrais. Laetitia discovered Pilates and decided to become a certified Pilates instructor. In 2018, she traveled to Kerala, the birthplace of Hatha yoga, in southern India, to train at the Sivananda Yoga School Ashram and receive her yoga teacher certification. Laetitia has also trained in holistic massage.
