    The first day, depending on the group's level, is dedicated to introducing the fundamental principles of mountain safety. You will (re)learn how to tie essential knots and how to correctly use your harness and belay devices. Practical exercises on easy rock will allow you to familiarize yourself with progression and belaying techniques in a controlled environment.

The program is indicative and may be adapted according to weather conditions and the group's technical level. Good physical condition is essential. A preliminary interview with the guide will be necessary to assess participants' experience and equipment. The course will take place in the heart of the Italian or Slovenian Julian Alps.
