    Arrive at your leisure in Rocca Pietore , in the province of Belluno, early in the morning. Once settled in, the day is dedicated to technical preparation led by your guide . You'll learn the basics of glacier travel , how to rope up , use specialized equipment , and move safely. An easy via ferrata is also planned to familiarize you with the fixed rope sections you'll encounter during the ascent. The exact location of the exercises and the via ferrata will be chosen by the guide based on the weather and the group's skill level . This first day allows you to acclimatize to the terrain and approach the next day's climb in optimal condition.
