Arctic adventure in the Lofoten archipelago

RIB boats are lightweight inflatable boats with a semi-rigid hull, small capacity (8 to 12 passengers), equipped with a powerful engine giving them flexibility and maneuverability, and allowing you to get closer to nature.

Set off to explore the Lofoten Islands' coastline. You'll sail safely to Trollfjord, a magical place surrounded by mountains that rise 1,000 meters above sea level. You'll likely have the opportunity to observe sea eagles up close. Adventure guaranteed, bringing you closer to nature! Experienced guides will share numerous anecdotes and their local knowledge. The Lofoten Islands seen from the sea will undoubtedly leave you with unforgettable memories!

Sea kayaking trip (departure from your accommodation at 10am - Duration: approximately 4 hours / Included: English-speaking guide by a professional kayaker, complete equipment).

An opportunity to discover the magnificent landscapes of the Lofoten Islands with their striking contrasts seen from the sea.

Your excursion will take you past small islands, bays, and beaches where you can spot numerous seabirds, including Europe's largest bird: the white-tailed eagle. Occasionally, seals and otters may make a shy appearance. You will land for lunch at a suitable spot (lunch not included); please remember to bring food or snacks for this outing, as well as drinks.

Included in the excursion: English-speaking guide, sea kayak (double) with paddles, spray skirts, life jackets, jackets and poogies (paddling mittens).

Free day for personal exploration of the city (lunch not included).

In Svolvær, you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, hotels, art galleries, and activities, most of which are within walking distance of the town center and your accommodation. The town is a major tourist hub in the Lofoten Islands.

There are many hiking opportunities, whether it's taking the Sherpa stairs to Fløya, exploring the surrounding area, or going to the Linken viewpoint.

From the port, numerous boats depart for Trollfjord, where you can get close to sea eagles and observe marine life using an underwater drone. If you prefer to try your luck at fishing, several boats offer excursions departing from Svolvær.

Many boats fish for Skrei (Arctic cod) in the Vestfjord, and the bustling port is home to many restaurants offering local specialties.
