She guides you through flows that are sometimes dynamic, sometimes slower, and even through yin yoga sessions to allow the body and mind to completely relax.

Flore will be your host for this stay, she welcomes you to her family home, transformed into a gîte to welcome you in the best possible way.

The cottage is located at an altitude of 1600m, in the Ecrins National Park and faces the Parpaillon mountain range. It welcomes travelers all year round who are looking for nature, a break from it all and peace and quiet.

The chalet is entirely private for your use during your stay. You will enjoy the common area with a large dining room and a fireplace. The bedrooms are upstairs, and the apartments are located in the wings of the chalet.

Outside, the large garden facing the mountains invites relaxation.

The Nordic area, including a hot bath, cold bath and sauna, is the perfect place to share a friendly moment and relax.
