In a few words

Plunging into the pristine snow of the Queyras is to offer yourself a moment of simplicity and raw beauty. Let yourself be guided by the rhythm of nature: the sound of footsteps on the snow, the wind rustling through the larches, the silence that envelops the mountains.

For 4 days, you progress on snowshoes , guided by a professional mountain guide, up to panoramas at over 2700 m, high-altitude routes that combine effort and contemplation.

In the evening, a yoga session helps to relax the body and soothe the mind, before returning to the warmth of the guesthouse and shared meals.

You will be accommodated in Molines-en-Queyras , with full board. Meals prepared with local produce bring the group together in a warm and friendly atmosphere . In a small group of 10 people maximum: everything is designed so that you only have one thing to do: relax and breathe.

A precious balance between active walking, self-care and sharing, in one of the most beautiful high-altitude gardens in the Alps.

The highlights

  • Discover the wild and snowy landscapes of Queyras in a small group (10 max)
  • Cozy accommodation in the heart of traditional Queyras (full board)
  • A rejuvenating experience (Yoga) and human connection, an eco-friendly stay

Management

During this stay, several supervisors will be present to guide and assist you, ensuring your comfort and safety throughout the trip.
Band : 1 supervisor for 5 to 10 people

Alexis
Alexis

Alexis is passionate about understanding human nature and the relationship between body and mind. Whether through rehabilitation (physiotherapy), teaching yoga, or exploring the wilderness, his intentions remain the same: to offer experiences that help people connect with their true selves. Because, according to him, that's where true well-being resides.

Virginie
Virginie

Born at the foot of the Vercors mountains, the mountains were a place of renewal and exploration for me. First a dietician, then a naturopath, it is finally as a mountain guide that I accompany the most beautiful transformations. Whether it's a bivouac under the stars or an immersive hike, I offer you an adventure where you shed the superfluous to reconnect with what truly matters.

Management

Security

Your guides are state-certified and experienced in managing groups in wilderness environments. They know their routes very well and are trained to adapt to adverse weather conditions. Ultimately, the guides retain sole discretion over the program and may modify it in case of safety concerns.

They also have a radio to be able to contact the emergency services, as well as a survival kit which they are able to use in case of emergency.

This does not replace the small personal first-aid kit you should have with you (a few plasters, a toothbrush, and other medical supplies you are used to using).
