A few words about Aude:
Originally from Lorient in Brittany, Aude has always had a love for boats and the ocean. Her parents took her sailing from a very young age. On the water, she feels
fully alive, both grounded in her body and in harmony with the elements.
When she discovered yoga in 2012, she found a practice that provided her with both physical pleasure and genuine inner peace, and rediscovered sensations similar to
those of a sea voyage. Since then, the practice of yoga has been synonymous with travel for her. It has taken her far, both internally and across the world. First towards herself, discovering her energies and her breath… then towards others, traveling through different countries, notably India and Bali, where she deepened her understanding of yoga styles, their history and their philosophy.
She practices a lot, with highly knowledgeable teachers. Initially traditional yogas (Hatha, Ashtanga) then more modern forms like Bikram, Yin, and aerial yoga.
