Jessica

After working as a physiotherapist, particularly in the field of sports, Jessica wanted to reconnect the human body with its primary element: nature. This is why she leads outdoor sports sessions and wellness retreats in the mountains.

She loves running freely on the trails—a lot—but also slowing down to allow for contemplation. It is in connecting with nature that she finds her source of spirituality, and in sharing with others that she remains true to her values, a blend of ecology and humanism. Her little "treats": swimming in whitewater and night hikes!

This first 8km trail run with 500m of elevation gain allows you to gradually get into the swing of things. The guide observes your running style to better understand your comfort level on ascents, descents, and trails. She also shares some technical tips to help you adapt your stride and manage your effort on the trails of the Southern Vercors .

Back at the gîte, you continue the afternoon with a proprioception workshop , fun and useful for improving your stability and preventing injuries. The session ends with a stretching exercise to promote recovery.

In the evening, the group gets together for a friendly meal , an opportunity to share their first impressions and talk about trail running in a relaxed atmosphere.
