A dedicated field man, Stéphane is a leading figure in mountain rescue. An avalanche dog handler and ski patroller, he is also a Mountain Leader (AMM), putting his expertise at the service of safety at altitude.

During the training course, he will share his techniques, life-saving skills and know-how, which are invaluable for all practitioners in natural environments.

  3. Frédéric Blanchet , a specialist in naturopathy and wellness massages, offers personalized treatments combining manual techniques and lifestyle advice to optimize your energy and promote overall balance.
  4. Finally, our osteopaths Marine Riboud and Charles Jauneau will ensure your alignment, mobility and injury prevention, so that you can approach each trail run in the best conditions.
