    Arrival is scheduled for 5:45 PM at the National Sailing and Watersports School (ENVSN) . After a welcome and settling-in period, a first swimming session is offered at 6:00 PM , with video recording to assess your technique from the outset. This initial immersion takes place at the very end of the day, in the peaceful atmosphere of sunset , in the heart of a protected natural site , conducive to concentration and relaxation.
