Tristan is in charge of the sports activities at the surf camp from April to October.
Passionate about board sports, he holds state diplomas allowing him to teach surfing, skiing, snowboarding and sailing.
After several years of snowboard competition followed by coaching, he now divides his time between the mountains and the ocean: ski and snowboard instructor in the winter and head of activities at the California Surf Camp on the Atlantic coast in the summer.
Drawing on his experience and teaching skills, he guides participants in their progress with passion and high standards.
Tristan is in charge of the sports activities at the surf camp from April to October.

A surfing session is organized during the day, accompanied by an educational video analysis at the camp to better understand your practice and accelerate your progress.
The second part of the day is intentionally calmer to allow you time to relax and enjoy the surf camp atmosphere.

Saturday marks the end of the adventure. After breakfast, everyone packs their bag and takes the time to say goodbye to the team and the new friends met during the week.
Between surfing the waves, sharing meals, and spending time together at camp, this week often leaves wonderful memories. We leave with improved surfing skills, new friendships, and the desire to return very soon to relive the experience.
Here we don't really say goodbye... but rather see you next time!

Note
The program is provided as a guideline and may be adjusted according to weather conditions, tides, and ocean conditions to ensure the best possible surfing experience. The week's schedule is also adapted to the skill level and progress of the participants.
The video analysis carried out at the camp is a real educational asset: seeing oneself surfing allows one to better understand the advice of the instructors and to accelerate one's progress.
A photo pack of the week is also offered so you can leave with beautiful memories of your sessions.
Full board is entirely homemade and enhanced with vegetables from our garden, with the possibility of adapting meals to the main dietary requirements.
Bicycles are also available for hire to easily explore Lacanau and its surroundings.

California Surf Camp welcomes you to a spacious 125 m² house nestled in the heart of a private, fenced forest of over 6000 m², just minutes from the beaches of Lacanau. Designed as a true living space, the camp offers a friendly, warm, and nature-oriented atmosphere, ideal for sharing an authentic surfing experience with friends, as a couple, or with family.
Between the relaxation areas, the terrace, the peaceful, wooded setting, and the surf camp atmosphere, everything is in place to fully enjoy your stay after surf sessions. People come here as much to improve their wave riding as to experience a week of sharing, disconnecting, and having a great time in an exceptional natural environment.

The entire stay takes place directly at California Surf Camp to guarantee a friendly, immersive, and stress-free experience. Participants arrive late Sunday afternoon for welcome, settling in, and an introduction to the program. Departure is late Saturday morning after a final morning at the camp. Accommodation, meals, surf lessons, and social time are all enjoyed on-site in an authentic and welcoming surf camp atmosphere.
