The stay deliberately alternates between supervised surfing time and free time , in order to promote autonomy, understanding of the ocean and the pleasure of surfing without pressure.

The sessions are led by Mike, a local surf instructor with over 20 years of experience , who prioritizes safety and effective teaching methods. The guided sessions are scheduled at key times of the week, when conditions are most favorable.

Outside of these times, everyone is free to practice independently, observe the ocean or rest.

Safety is a priority during supervised sessions: choosing spots adapted to the level of the group, analyzing the conditions of the day (weather, swell, tides) and giving clear instructions before each launch.

The accommodation is located in Seignosse. Access is possible by car or train to Dax or Biarritz, or by plane, then bus/shuttle depending on the timetable.

Travel is independent outside of supervised sessions . During supervised surf lessons, transport to the surf spots is provided by minibus . A welcome briefing at the beginning of your stay will outline the week's schedule, access to the surf spots, and the rules.
