    Enjoy a stay with a ski pass included in the heart of Täsch (Zermatt) at the Matterhorn-Inn Residence. Ideally located, close to the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

Note

From the train station, a shuttle train takes you to the Zermatt ski area. The journey takes approximately 12 minutes and is included in your ski pass. If you booked your equipment through us, the ski rental shop is located in Zermatt (approx. 5 km away). • Minimum age for the wellness area: 14 years • Sauna area: Children can only be accompanied by an adult • Fitness room: Minimum age: 14 years • When booking rooms with multiple beds or rooms with extra beds, the extra beds are not available in case of under-occupancy. • This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Location: The "Matterhorn-Inn" is a cozy 3-star hotel located in the center of Täsch, at approximately 1,450 meters above sea level. The center of Zermatt is about 6 km away. The ski area is accessible via the "Zermatt - Sunnegga" lift, located approximately 6 km away, or via the "Zermatt - Furi Pendelbahn" lift, approximately 7 km away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 150 meters away. Ski buses stop approximately 50 meters from the hotel. Täsch train station is about 150 meters away. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Amenities: The hotel features a reception area, a lobby, Wi-Fi access, an elevator, a breakfast room, its own restaurant, and its own bar. There is a terrace and a garden outside. You can store your ski equipment in the ski/snowboard room. On-site parking is also available (at an extra charge) and an electric car charging station is also available (at an extra charge) – subject to availability. Wellness: The wellness area of ​​approximately 100 m² (for ages 14 and up) features a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna. Take the train toViège (Visp)

Take a train (SBB or TGV Lyria from France) to Visp station, then take the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (MGB) regional line towards Zermatt to Täsch station.

  1. From Paris : allow approximately 5h30 to 6h journey with a connection in Geneva or Lausanne to Visp, then the MGB train to Täsch (approximately 45 minutes uphill from Visp, approx. 18 to 22 CHF one way).
  2. From the station to the accommodation : Täsch station is located in the centre of the village.
  3. On foot : most accommodations in the village can be reached in 5 to 15 minutes on foot from the train station.
  4. By local bus / shuttle : local buses serve the town and the terminal.
  5. By taxi : local taxis are based at the station and terminal to transport your luggage (expect to pay between 15 and 25 CHF depending on the destination).
