Location: The family-run, 3-star Kaiservilla hotel is located approximately 200 meters from the center of Heiligenblut. The Rossbachbahn ski lift, 500 meters away, provides access to the ski area. Ski buses stop approximately 350 meters from the hotel. Amenities: The hotel features a reception area, Wi-Fi access, and a lounge. Guests can store their ski equipment in the heated ski/snowboard room with boot dryers. On-site parking is available, including covered parking (at an additional cost) – subject to availability.
