Location: The modern Chalet Lois is located approximately 6 km from the center of Großarl. Access to the ski area is via the ski lift located about 5 km away. The cross-country ski trail network is about 6 km away. You can also enjoy the toboggan run approximately 6 km from the chalet. Ski buses stop right in front of the property. The nearest shops are about 6 km away. Amenities: Wi-Fi is available. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski room. On-site parking and an electric car charging station (at an additional cost) are available – subject to availability. The Hotel Dorfer also offers a reception, breakfast room, restaurant, and bar. Wellness: The wellness area at the Hotel Dorfer can also be used (see on-site for details). Bathrobes and sauna towels are available for rent. Furthermore, the heated outdoor pool will be available from March 2027. High chairs and cots are available for children (upon request/subject to availability). The accommodation offers sports activities, including a sports program. Courses such as snowshoeing and ski touring are also offered regularly. During your stay, you can borrow board games and sleds – subject to availability.

Connection to the accommodation:
- By bus: Take line 540 (Postbus) from Sankt Johann im Pongau train station to the Großarl Lagerhaus stop (located a few minutes' walk from the chalets). Journey time: approximately 20 to 25 minutes (tickets cost approximately €3 to €5).
- By taxi: Direct journey of approximately 15 to 20 minutes (expect to pay between €40 and €55).
Salzburg Airport (SZG): Located approximately 75 km away (about 1 hour by car or taxi). Served from Paris (CDG/ORY) with a stopover via airlines such as Lufthansa, Eurowings, Vueling, or KLM.
- From Paris (approximately 9.5 to 10 hours drive / ~980 km): Take the A4 motorway towards Strasbourg, then cross Germany via the A8 (Munich). Continue into Austria on the A10 (Tauern Autobahn) to the Bischofshofen/St. Johann exit, then follow the B109 (Großarler Landesstraße) to Großarl ( Austrian motorway vignette required ).
- From Salzburg (approximately 1 hour drive / ~75 km): Take the A10 south then take the Großarler Landesstraße to Großarl.
