    You leave the ocean behind and set off to discover the Basque Country, stopping in Espelette. You'll climb the Col de Saint Ignace and the Col de Gastigarlepoa before arriving in St Jean Pied de Port. The end of the stage is challenging, with the ascent of the Col de Burdincurutcheta and the Col de Bagargiak, which leads to Iraty, before climbing to Larrau for your first night.

A return transfer from Foix is ​​offered as an option.

This option is very often preferred by cyclists, particularly due to transport constraints. It is indeed difficult to easily travel between Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Collioure by train at the end of a stay, and vice versa.


Secure parking is available in Foix for your vehicle.

The outbound shuttle takes place the day before the stay, which means you need to plan an extra night in Saint-Jean-de-Luz.


The support vehicle provides transport for participants, bicycles and luggage, both to and from Foix.
