Laurence: My career as a special education teacher and kinesiologist has allowed me to develop my listening and attentiveness skills. Passionate about people and their well-being, I am constantly expanding my knowledge to support each individual in their quest for harmony between mind, heart, and body. I am driven by my love of life and others, and hope is my guiding principle.
Marc: My 20 years of experience coaching engineers and managers have allowed me to develop my listening skills and support each individual on their path to success. A passionate mountaineer and very comfortable leading groups, I have been leading outings for over 10 years to share the richness of this diverse environment. I am driven by my desire to collaborate and commit, drawing on my energy and reliability.

From 6 pm onwards, you will be welcomed to your mountain chalet nestled in the heart of the Écrins massif. After settling in, an initial introductory game will allow you to get to know the other participants in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This moment facilitates interaction and sets the stage for the group dynamic for the days to come.
The evening continues with a potluck dinner . Everyone is invited to bring a specialty from their region , providing an opportunity to discover different flavors and quickly forge connections around the table. In the peaceful mountain setting, this first shared moment lays the foundation for a stay focused on meeting new people , sharing experiences , and conviviality .

The day begins with a gentle morning yoga session followed by breakfast on the terrace with a superb view of the surrounding mountains.
You then set off on a discovery walk to explore the riches of the mountains in summer where you will meet Dominique, your guide who will help you observe, identify, cook and savor the wild plants of the massif.
At the end of the day, a restorative yoga session helps release tension in the body. The session continues with Yoga Nidra , a guided practice promoting deep relaxation and complete calm before the evening.

The day begins with a dynamic yoga session to gradually awaken the body. You will perform several sun salutations , accompanied by pranayama (breathing exercises) and a period of meditation , to start the day with calm and focused energy.
After breakfast, you will set off for a refreshing walk along the canals of Puy Saint Vincent and meet up with Dominique to deepen your knowledge of the wild plants that you will cook and enjoy at dinner.
In the evening, you end the day with a Yoga Nidra session under the stars , a moment of deep relaxation conducive to releasing tension and calming the body and mind.

The day begins with a short, dynamic yoga session to gradually awaken the body.
After breakfast, you will set off for a rejuvenating walk along the canals of Puy Saint Vincent for a guided, scientific, meditative and poetic walk in the heart of the mountain forest .
Along the way, different times for observation and sharing allow you to deepen your connection to yourself and to the nature experienced throughout the stay.
Back at the chalet, a friendly afternoon tea brought these few days spent together in the Écrins mountain range to a close. The trip then departed in the afternoon, everyone heading home with memories of this nature and wellness retreat in the mountains.
