A lovely stay in a beautiful region, but it was missing a day (the round trip was long, so of the 6 days indicated, only 4 were actually days of hiking). Friday could have been the 5th day of hiking. The group was quite heterogeneous! Read the description carefully before making your choice. It's actually a level 3 hike, also advertised as level 2 by some participants apparently?? There's confusion with the Terdav levels: they need to clarify. The routes are the same! Why not do them in reverse for variety? All the groups follow each other and go in the same direction on the trails! The guide (Daniele) was very good. The hotel was charming with a relatively substantial breakfast for Italy (lots of processed pastries). It's a 15-minute walk from the train station. Dinner was at an outside restaurant, and the food was average: being by the sea in Italy and only offering cod as fish is a shame. The menu was limited, focused on pizzas, so not ideal for hikers. Packed lunches were fine.

A perfect trip! Our guide, Speranza, was simply exceptional! She adapted to our pace, giving us time to admire the magnificent scenery. Always smiling, pleasant, and full of helpful advice. The picnic supplies were local: focaccia, cured meats, cheese, vegetables, and fruit. Snacks were also provided, such as dried fruit and biscuits. In four days of hiking, we explored the Cinque Terre and the surrounding area; the hikes were magnificent. Choosing Moneglia for our hotel was a great decision—a small, family-friendly, and peaceful town with beautiful beaches and a good ice cream parlor. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and also at the restaurant for our evening meals. I highly recommend this trip to discover the Cinque Terre!

Our trip to the Cinque Terre with Laura (an extraordinary and incredibly flexible guide from Taiwan) was a great success. Laura really adapted to our group of women in their fifties, which was fantastic, but perhaps in the future, you should be more mindful of everyone's fitness level, as the hikes in the Cinque Terre are quite demanding! Some of us were clearly out of our depth in terms of physical fitness! It was clearly stated that the level was "experienced," but perhaps you should be more insistent on this point!

The Cinque Terre is magical! Our guide Spéranza was kindness incarnate - Be careful at Genoa airport to take the bus to the nearby Sestri Novante train station and the bus costs €2 rather than those indicated by the tour operator.

An exceptional guide, Laura, who took great care of us. Hikes with breathtaking views. A minor drawback regarding the room and breakfast. The toilet was much too small and poorly laid out, and the bread at breakfast wasn't the best. But overall, a very good stay.
