The expert's opinion

Although this trip is classified as intermediate level, it remains accessible to anyone in good physical condition and accustomed to occasional physical activity. The pace will be intentionally moderate, with numerous breaks to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and discover Finnish nature.

Most days alternate between activities and relaxation. The most demanding hike takes place in Nuuksio National Park, with a route of approximately 10 km on mostly flat forest trails, punctuated by a few sections with roots, stones and slight inclines.

The canoe or kayak trip also requires active participation for a few hours. No prior experience is necessary: the boats are stable, an introduction is provided, and each participant is equipped with a life jacket.

This trip is for travelers who love being active, enjoying outdoor activities, and spending time outdoors. It's not suitable for people with significant walking difficulties or reduced mobility, but it doesn't require any technical experience or an athletic level of fitness. The goal is to experience Finland in an active, friendly, and accessible way, in keeping with Reset Holidays' 4A philosophy.
