The expert's opinion

Physical difficulty level (on a scale of 1 to 5): 2-3 depending on the group. The routes are adapted according to the groups. If there are several groups, ability-based groups can be formed.

Technical level : the paths or trails can sometimes be stony. There are no vertigo-inducing sections, and when a section has a slight incline, it is short and your guide is there to help you.

General route data:

  1. between 350 and 550 m of elevation gain per day
  2. distance between 14 and 16 km depending on the difficulty and the route
  3. Actual walking time (excluding break times) is approximately 4h30 to 6h00.
