In a few words

This all-inclusive, 100% women's trek in Nepal takes you around Manaslu (8,163 m) , one of the most majestic peaks in the Himalayas. Still wild and untouched by mass tourism, the route crosses isolated valleys, authentic Tibetan villages, and breathtaking high-altitude landscapes.

Designed by and for women , this trek offers a supportive environment conducive to sharing, mutual support, and personal growth. Guided by an experienced Sherpa , you'll hike in a small group, at the same pace, to the legendary Larkya La pass (5,160 m) . Each day is an immersion in local Buddhist culture, amidst perched monasteries, rhododendron forests, and glacial rivers.

A demanding but profoundly transformative journey, where the power of the collective and the grandeur of the mountains will carry you.

We come back from it stronger. More mature. Together.

The highlights

  • A 100% women's, solidarity-based and committed Tour of Manaslu
  • A wild and unspoiled trek, far from the crowds of Annapurna
  • Crossing the mythical Larkya La pass at 5160 m

The expert's opinion

This trek is classified as advanced due to its duration, elevation gain, and altitude, including a passage at 5,160 m at the Larkya La pass. But you don't need to be an ultra-trail runner to enjoy it: good physical condition and experience walking for several hours with significant elevation gain are sufficient.

Advance preparation is recommended: regular hikes, hilly terrain, ascents and descents, as well as wearing a backpack and trekking boots to get used to it. During the trip, the pace is gradual and adapted to the group, with particular attention paid to acclimatization and the well-being of each participant.

Management

Security

The safety of the participants is a priority throughout the trek. The itinerary is designed to be gradual, promoting proper acclimatization to the altitude. The walking pace is adapted to the group, with constant attention paid to the well-being of each individual.

The trek is led by an experienced Nepalese guide, accustomed to high mountain conditions and managing groups at altitude. She is supported by a local team with extensive knowledge of the terrain and the villages along the route.

If necessary, evacuation plans can be implemented using available communication channels and local logistical support. Participants are encouraged to report any discomfort so that a swift and appropriate response can be provided.

This organization allows you to experience the adventure in complete serenity, in a safe, attentive and caring environment.

Other supervisors

It is possible to hire a porter to lighten your pack during the walk.

If you choose to carry your own bag, make sure it's comfortable and fits well. If you use a porter, you can entrust them with up to 12 kg . The rest will stay in your daypack: water, rain gear, fleece, and essential personal items.

In this case, opt for a smaller but well-organized bag where everything fits easily.

Remember to travel light and practical: breathable clothing, warm clothing suitable for the altitude, and avoid unnecessary items. Waterproof bags or ziplock-type pouches are recommended to protect documents and electronic equipment.

The porter service is offered as an option, at a rate of €15 per day per person .
