Considered one of the most beautiful treks in the world , the Tour du Mont Blanc takes you on a journey through three countries – France, Italy, and Switzerland – along an exceptional route through alpine pastures, glaciers, and majestic peaks . This grand alpine loop immerses you in the breathtaking world of the high mountains , with the Mont Blanc massif and its spectacular landscapes as a backdrop.

From Les Houches , you will cross legendary mountain passes and iconic valleys: Contamines-Montjoie , Col du Bonhomme , Chapieux , then cross into Italy via the Col de la Seigne to reach the heights of Courmayeur and the Val Ferret . You will then reach Switzerland via the Grand Col Ferret , continuing to La Fouly , Champex and Trient , before returning to France via the Col de Balme .

The route culminates in a spectacular finale in the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve , with the ascent to Lac Blanc , a jewel perched opposite Mont Blanc. This itinerary is accessible to experienced hikers , where each stage combines exertion, wonder, and cultural diversity .

    Meet at 8:15 am in Les Houches, to the left of the Bellevue cable car, near the ticket offices. We'll meet our guide, leave our luggage, and take the cable car. From the top, there's a magnificent panoramic view of the Mont Blanc massif, the Aiguilles Rouges, the Fiz, and the Aravis ranges. Our hike begins along a balcony trail at 1800m and leads us to the foot of the Bionnassay Glacier before descending to the village of Les Contamines-Montjoie. If conditions permit, we'll cross the Col du Tricot at 2120m for a more challenging stage. (760m ascent, 1360m descent)
