    In the morning, you leave the city of Pokhara , located at the foot of the Annapurna range. You continue your journey to Kande, the starting point of your trek towards Annapurna Base Camp. For your first leg, you hike along a pleasant, somewhat steep trail that leads to Australian Camp, from where you have breathtaking views of the region's most magnificent peaks: Machapuchare (6993 m), Annapurna III (7555 m), Annapurna II (7937 m), and Annapurna IV (7525 m). Then, a gradual ascent takes you to the Deurali Pass (2100 m), along a path covered in a dense forest of rhododendrons and sandalwood, before descending to the village of Landruk with superb views of Annapurna South (7219 m) and Hinchuli (6441 m).
