Transfers:
Pick-up and drop-off at Kilimanjaro International Airport;
Transfer to the starting point – the gateway to Kilimanjaro National Park;
Pick-up at the exit of Kilimanjaro National Park and transfer to the hotel;
- Entrance fees:
All park fees collected by Kilimanjaro National Park (conservation fees, camping fees, staff fees, vehicle fees, rescue fees and all other fees collected by the Tanzania National Parks Authority).
- Accommodation:
One night at the Hotel Salinero before the expedition and one night after; the hotels have everything needed for a comfortable stay – attentive staff, pleasant rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, restaurant;
Tent accommodation on Mount Kilimanjaro (modern and comfortable 4-season North Face VE-25 or Almighty Kilimanjaro Tents).
- Meal :
Breakfast at the hotel before and after the hike;
All meals during the trek. Our Kilimanjaro diet includes energy-rich and highly nutritious meals, prepared by our professional chefs at high altitude. A typical Kilimanjaro diet includes various soups, side dishes, several types of fish and meat, fresh fruits and vegetables; vegetarian, gluten-free, or halal options are available at no extra cost.
All drinks during the hike (coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water).
- Hiking and safety equipment:
Thick and comfortable 10 cm (4 inch) sleeping mattress;
All group equipment (spacious and comfortable dining tent, camping table and chairs, crockery and cutlery);
Oxygen cylinders and oximeters;
GPS tracking service;
Complete medical kit(s).
- Climbing team:
Professional guides, accredited by Kilimanjaro National Park. All our guides hold Wilderness First Responder or Wilderness First Aid certifications. They all have over 10 years of successful mountaineering experience;
Dedicated support team (assistant guides, camp master, porters, cooks, etc.).
