Hello Benjamin,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are delighted that you appreciated the professionalism of your guide and the responsiveness of our local team.
However, we read your alerts with the utmost attention and great concern:
- The well-being and skill level of the horses: This is a matter on which we are absolutely uncompromising. The situations you describe are in no way consistent with our values or the quality charter we uphold. We immediately contacted our local partner to fully investigate the horses' health. Firm measures are being taken: strict veterinary checks will be imposed on our service providers, and a more thorough initial safety briefing will be implemented. Horses with high energy levels will also be excluded from beginner riders.
- Cultural visits: We apologize for this organizational hiccup. The Karakol Museum was exceptionally closed for renovations by the local authorities. Our guide attempted to compensate by offering you a picnic on Issyk Kul beach, but we understand your disappointment regarding the lack of alternative purely cultural visits. We are adjusting our schedules to ensure this does not happen again.
Please know that your feedback is valuable and allows us to take concrete action on the ground to maintain the quality of our stays.
We thank you again for your honesty and wish you many more wonderful adventures in the future.
Have a good weekend,
Gwen
