The maximum number of people stipulated in the contract was indeed exceeded. Furthermore, we were unable to reach the intended destination due to cramps and the weather conditions. The guide, however, was friendly and professional throughout the activity.

Good morning,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It's great to hear that the professionalism of our field expert allowed us to effectively manage the unpredictable weather and that nasty cramp, ensuring everyone's safety. Regarding the number of participants, we sometimes exceptionally allow a last-minute addition to enable a family member or friend to join the group. I understand that this may have surprised you at the time. Thank you for your honesty, and we look forward to seeing you again soon for another challenge on the trails!
