• The complex consists of several buildings. Accommodation may be located in any of the buildings within the complex. • Overcrowding with babies is not permitted. Avoriaz is a car-free resort. Public car parks and an underground car park located at the entrance to the resort are available for an additional fee. For the underground car park, it is recommended to book online at www.avoriazparkings.com. A shuttle service is available 24/7 to take you to your accommodation (additional fee applies).

By train

The two nearest train stations are Thonon-les-Bains (38 km) and Cluses (42 km).

  1. From Paris: Direct TGV trains connect Paris Gare de Lyon to Thonon-les-Bains or Cluses in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes (mainly on weekends in winter).
  2. Train Station > Avoriaz Connection: * By bus: Shuttle buses (Altibus) run from Thonon or Cluses train stations. The journey takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Expect to pay around €15 for a one-way ticket.
  3. By taxi/private hire vehicle: Expect to pay between €90 and €120 depending on the time of day and departure station. The taxi will drop you off at the transfer platform (station entrance).
