After breakfast, you'll experience one of the most unforgettable adventures imaginable: the partnership between humans and huskies. A transfer will take you from the hotel to a local husky farm. There, with expert guidance, you'll learn how to handle a sled. In perfect harmony with the dogs, you'll embark on a unique journey through the magnificent snow-covered forest. Lunch will be served along the way in the heart of nature.

Day three offers a different perspective on the Arctic: discover the winter landscapes through the thrills and speed of a snowmobile. A short transfer will take you from your hotel to the safari lodge. The excursion begins with you changing into appropriate clothing and testing your equipment. Your guide will then teach you how to handle a snowmobile and drive it safely. Once you're ready for adventure, you'll set off on a journey through the snow-covered forests and frozen lakes of Syote.

After dinner, you'll embark on a guided snowshoe hike followed by a stay in a mountain hut. The trail will lead you through a snow-covered forest to the summit of Mount Pikku-Syöte, where you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the night sky—the perfect spot to witness the Northern Lights. The excursion concludes with an authentic experience in a traditional mountain hut: gather around the fire for a hot drink and snacks while listening to your local guide share stories of the region.

This day will bring you closer to the Finnish mindset. You will discover a place with which every Finn has a deep connection: the sauna. For them, the sauna is a place dedicated to the simple act of "being." Being present, connected to oneself and to others.

The snowshoe-ski (gliding snowshoe) hike begins at the summit of Mount Pikku-Syöte. From there, you will descend on soft terrain, gliding effortlessly through the deep landscapes of an ancient, snow-covered forest.

The journey takes you to a traditional smoke sauna, where you can relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. For those seeking an extra thrill, the ice-cold plunge directly from the sauna offers an authentic local method for both adrenaline and well-being. After this experience, a transfer will take you back to the hotel.

In the afternoon, head straight from the hotel to the slopes of the Pikku-Syote ski resort. This resort, untouched by crowds, is renowned for its excellent snow quality and perfectly groomed runs. You can rent your equipment on-site at the fully equipped rental shop.

Enjoy the 9 slopes with their varied profiles: the resort offers excellent runs for beginners, while the more adventurous can try off-piste skiing or enjoy a well-designed snowpark (street). Take a break at the resort's Café Tovi to enjoy a hot chocolate, waffles, or other snacks.

If you don't wish to go downhill skiing, over 100 km of cross-country ski trails are also accessible from the resort. Finally, we offer private ski and snowboard lessons for those who would like to try these sports for the first time.

Your last day is entirely up to you. Choose to fill it with adventures or, on the contrary, slow down to recharge. Enjoy another day on the slopes or book a long guided hike in the heart of this winter wonderland.

Optional Experience: Visit a family-run reindeer farm, where a seventh-generation herder will introduce you to the rich history of reindeer herding—the ancestral way of life of the Sami, the only indigenous people of Europe. Explore their private museum for a unique insight into Finnish culture. You'll also have the opportunity to feed these gentle and endearing creatures up close. Finally, gather around the campfire to enjoy a picnic lunch in the great outdoors while the herder shares captivating stories.

After enjoying your last Finnish breakfast, a transfer will take you back to the airport. You'll begin your journey home with a collection of unforgettable winter memories.
