In a few words

Learning to wingfoil is much easier on calm water. That's why we run lessons at our flat water spot, the port of Granadilla, located right next to El Médano. We've set up a mobile wingfoil equipment trailer there: just hop in our van and we're off to the port!

Once there, we'll first show you how to hold and fly the wing correctly. After mastering the basic techniques, you'll head out onto the water to maneuver the foil board on your knees, wing in hand. As soon as you understand how to sail upwind and bear away, it will be time to stand up and attempt your first flights. Believe us, the feeling will be exhilarating!

    Lesson 1 - Discovery and first assessment


    Your wing foiling adventure begins on flat water, the ideal environment to learn safely and confidently. During this first session, you'll discover the basics: how to hold, steer, and make the wing "fly," followed by your first exercises on the board in a kneeling position. You'll learn to control your direction, manage your balance, and familiarize yourself with the equipment. This session lays the foundation for all your future learning and guarantees a fun and motivating start.

Learning to wing foil is easier on flat water, which is why we hold our courses at the port of Granadilla , our dedicated calm-water spot located right next to El Médano. We have a mobile wing foil equipment trailer there; all you have to do is hop in our van and we'll take you directly to the port.


Once you arrive, we'll start by teaching you how to hold and fly the foil correctly. After mastering the basic techniques, you'll go in the water to practice maneuvering the foil board while kneeling. As soon as you feel comfortable going upwind ( tacking ) and bearing away, it will be time to stand up and enjoy your first flights. The feeling is truly exhilarating.


The courses are held with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 participants per group. Each lesson lasts 3 hours , not including travel time, which takes approximately 15 minutes each way. We depart on time and return together after this unforgettable experience.
