After breakfast, meet your yoga instructor for the second outdoor session (weather permitting). You'll be able to observe trees, vines, hills, and flowers during your yoga practice. This will allow you to focus your attention more easily and for longer than in an enclosed space. Naturally, you'll begin to adapt to the rhythm of nature around you, and a sense of calm will settle in. You'll feel the wind on your skin, hear the birds singing, and the leaves rustling. These are all wonderful aids to the concentration necessary for performing asanas and pranayama in yoga.
After this relaxing break, the day will take you along the "vineyard route" through the appellations of the Côte de Beaune south of the town. You will cross the famous vineyards of Pommard, Volnay... the kingdom of Pinot Noir. The route is easy, then you'll return through the renowned vineyards of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, charming villages that produce some of the world's finest white wines from the Chardonnay grape.
Return to Beaune in the afternoon, return of the bikes and free evening.
