This early-season training camp is for experienced trail runners looking to combine performance, technique, and exploration during the winter months. The Chartreuse mountain range, with its challenging and often snow-covered trails, is ideal terrain for developing endurance, technical skills, and managing elevation gain . Our expert trail running instructors will share their advice on how to best tackle this mid-mountain range, which always holds surprises.

The accommodation, located in the heart of the Chartreuse mountains, will allow us to fully enjoy the trails each day. And for recovery, we will have access to the Oréade spa center , with sauna, Nordic bath and yurt, combining exertion and relaxation.

For this training camp in the Chartreuse mountains, we will be staying in welcoming accommodation that showcases local traditions.
