She has led adventure trips and instructor training courses across Europe, as well as expeditions in Africa, South America, and major mountain ranges. Her qualifications cover several disciplines, including climbing, Nordic walking, mountain biking, canoeing, and triathlon training.

Julia is also the founder of a successful triathlon club, combining performance, progression, and community. As the agency director, she plays a key role in guiding and managing trips, and actively participates in the development of trail running, cross-country skiing, and family adventures.

    Meet at 1 p.m. in Castleton, a charming village nestled in the heart of the Peak District, renowned for its medieval castle, caves (including the Blue John Cavern), and lively atmosphere with its pubs and local shops. After introductions, a discussion about trail running gear will help you prepare for the weekend. You'll then set off on an easy warm-up loop starting from the village. The route, mostly flat and on rolling paths, offers a first glimpse of the local landscape. Following the river, you'll descend into meadows via small steps before reaching Hope and its old Saxon church. The return journey takes you through fields and pastures back to Castleton. Dinner will be provided at your accommodation.
