Founder of the training courses and aquatic sports coach, holding a Master's degree in Sports Management and the State Diploma for Sports Instructor specializing in Swimming Activities. Since 2017, Elsa has been guiding swimmers and swimrunners on the Basque Coast, in pools or open water, with an approach that combines technique, glide and progression, while prioritizing safety and enjoyment in the water.

Cédric

An experienced lifeguard and coach, Cédric provides technical and safe instruction. With 7 years of experience as a coach in a lifesaving club on the Basque Coast, and as a first aid instructor, he leads groups of all levels in pools and at sea, guaranteeing sessions that are safe, educational and motivating.

Each participant in the course MUST be in possession of a safety buoy to ensure their visibility and safety in open water.


Some sessions include the use of fins to improve propulsion and ease in the water.
