We pay particular attention to a balanced diet, adapted to outdoor activities and Swedish conditions. The goal is to ensure sufficient energy intake while preserving the pleasure of simple, tasty, and convivial meals.
Breakfast
Taken together in the accommodations, it is prepared by the hotel or the guide and allows you to start the day well before the activities.
Lunch
Lunches are generally taken outdoors, in the form of simple and nourishing cold meals: mixed salads, cold cuts, cheese, dried fruit, cereal bars, accompanied by a hot drink.
Dinner
Prepared and shared together, dinners are warm and convivial occasions. They offer the opportunity to discover local specialties with a modern twist from the guides, such as reindeer stew or salmon soup, as well as popular "homemade" dishes: leek fondue with shrimp, potato tortilla, and mushroom omelet. Generous cuisine tailored to the appetites of adventurers.
Meals not included
Free meals are an opportunity to discover local cuisine in Swedish restaurants (approximately €25 to €40 per meal).
Specific regimes
Most dietary requirements can be accommodated (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, etc.), provided you are informed in advance. As some foods may be difficult to find, it may be helpful to bring products suited to your needs.
