    Welcome aboard at the start of the day and introduction to the crew. After a full presentation of the boat, each person is assigned a role and a watch on the water. A review of the rules of life on board is conducted to ensure harmonious coexistence during the crossing. The crew then carries out safety checks and provisioning the sailboat: water, fuel, and fresh and dry food. The day continues with maneuvering exercises, testing of essential equipment, and a weather briefing. A final review covers the route plan, offshore navigation, and onboard communication tools (Iridium, AIS, etc.).
